Totally agree with Chowdharys Paulo Cohelo view... he is an over rated author, fuelled mostly by the wannabe brigade, who probably read it just to "belong" to the pseudo intellectual discussions. and then make statements like "life changing" book n all. no book can have that power over you. it may shape your thinking or understanding of the world, but not change your life... it has brought down books like The Fountainhead n likes down to comic book levels. Not that I consider myself an authority on books and philosophy, but it irks me see these books becoming a trend, rather than the experience that they are meant to be.
